Job Description
Working within the Business Development Team, the key accountability of the Head of Solution Development is to effectively bridge business commercial challenges with innovative solutions to drive implementation strategies that deliver impactful results. Analysing data and requirements and designing appropriate, commercially competitive, solutions for transport operations.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 07.00 & 18.00 (40 hour week)
Key Duties of Head of Solutions Development:
1. Technical Leadership: Act as a technical lead on business development, winning proposals through compelling presentations and innovative solutions.
2. Stakeholder Influence: Challenge the status quo and drive business value by leveraging industry trends, best practices, and advanced technologies.
