Exciting opportunity to join a local, fast growth, Shared Service Centre operating for a Global Japanese trading company. We are an innovative business of around 80 people with a growing reputation for technical innovation and digital transformation. This is a Human Resources Administration Assistant position supporting multiple business divisions across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region from our office in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex. What will I do? The successful candidate will be part of a small team able to provide an extensive range of administrative support primarily to our parent companys London office HR Team including HR Generalist duties: updating databases, recruitment/onboarding administration, and HR projects. What skills do I need? Duties may include but are not limited to: Conducting tasks in a discreet and confidential manner Managing own personal workload, completing requests within 24hrs of receipt, achieving and maintaining an accuracy level of no less than 95% with double checks where required Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment Able to follow instructions, rules and procedures that are set Undertaking training suggested to improve knowledge and skills in line with the role Approaching tasks in a positive and considerate manner Using initiative where appropriate Minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) Math & English Grade 4 or A-C Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint Previous HR Administrative experience, with exposure in recruitment is preferred but not essential An interest in working and developing in a HR role Administration on HR onboarding EMEA/Dubai Offices (joiners, leavers, screening cv's, contact with agencies, onboarding, off boarding) BENEFITS Holidays minimum of 30 days per annum including bank holidays Life Assurance - 4 times annual salary Free car parking within the town centre Pre-agreed 12 hours of flexible working per annum available Hybrid working (subject to successfully passing probation period) Company sponsored study towards qualifications Employee Assistance Programme Casual dress code Free refreshments and snacks (Tea, coffee, soft drinks) What are my hours of work?
