Premises Officer
15 hours per week | Salary: Grade 7 Point 11, £26,832 pa FTE, Actual Pay £10,877 pa
Contract: 15 hours a week, 52 weeks a year. Monday - Friday 7.00am -10.00am (Possibility of some flexibility)
Job Purpose
To undertake responsibility for the supervision of the site and the maintenance and security of the buildings. Contribute to the provision of high‑quality maintenance, security and cleanliness of the school buildings and grounds which ensures that students have a comfortable, clean, safe and well‑maintained environment in which to work or otherwise use the school facilities. Support a safe school environment by complying with Health & Safety legislation and school policies, conducting regular safety checks, reporting hazards, maintaining equipment, and contributing to the Health & Safety Committee.

What we are looking for
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and flexible premises officer to be responsible for the maintenance, security and cleanliness of the school building and grounds to ensure that staff, and children have a comfortable, clean, safe and well‑maintained environment in which to work and learn.
