A progressive school in Bexley is seeking an ARP Teacher to take a leading role in a developing Additionally Resourced Provision, supporting pupils with complex social, emotional and mental health needs within a structured, well-supported environment.
This ARP sits within an Outstanding two-school trust and is expanding quickly, with the boroughs first SEMH Primary Provision set to double in capacity by the next academic year.
ARP Teacher | Whats on Offer:

ARP Teacher | The Role:
* Plan and deliver tailored, high-quality lessons for pupils within the ARP
* Support pupils regulation, behaviour for learning and academic attainment
* Work in partnership with SENCO, pastoral teams and senior leaders to ensure targeted interventions
* Contribute to the ongoing growth of the ARP, including curriculum adaptation and provision mapping
* Champion effective inclusive practice across the wider school community
ARP Teacher | Who Were Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher with UK QTS
* Proven experience working with pupils with SEMH and additional needs
* A practitioner with high expectations and a clear commitment to measurable impact
* A confident team player able to guide colleagues in best practice within specialist provision
