Position: Lobby Ambassador
Location: 9 Millbank, London, SW1P 3AN
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 0800 - 2000
Salary: £28,000 per annum

Development Details:
This role will be based at 9 Millbank, an exclusive riverside residential development which comprises 201 Grade II listed homes in the heart of Westminster. The development boasts a wealth of luxurious facilities including a pool, spa, gym and cinema, as well as 24-hour concierge.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Lobby Ambassador at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
1. Provide a warm, friendly and proactive service to all residents, guests and visitors.
2. Support residents with a wide variety of day-to-day requests, offering practical help and solutions.
3. You will be a quick thinker, logical with the ability to take your own initiative in challenging situations and demonstrable experience in dealing with onsite emergencies.
4. Be flexible, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
5. Cover the concierge desk when required, handling calls, access control and basic administrative tasks.
6. Follow building procedures and health & safety guidelines, reporting any issues promptly.
