As a Healthcare Assistant within Burgess Manor, you will work closely with service users to promote independence, dignity, and overall well‑being. You will provide practical and emotional support, helping individuals to live as independently as possible within their communities. You will provide person‑centred care and support to individuals with varying needs including dementia.
Burgess Manor Care Home provides a stimulating, specialist environment for residents living with varying levels of dementia and General Nursing. Everyday will be different, meaning your work will not only be varied but you will leave at the end of the day, knowing you have made a positive difference to our residents lives. You will create memories, have meaningful conversations and provide love and laughter.
