iMultiply is proud to be partnering exclusively with Ark to appoint an Interim Director of Finance & Digital Improvement during a pivotal period of transformation.
With a turnover of £25M and a strong commitment to person-centred service delivery, Ark is seeking an experienced interim finance leader to support its transformation programme and ensure continued operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic financial leadership to the Executive Team and Board
* Oversee Finance and ICT functions, including mentoring a newly appointed Head of Finance
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance frameworks in the housing sector
* Support digital transformation and system optimisation (Rubixx)
* Contribute to cost-efficiency initiatives and organisational sustainability
* Attend Board and subcommittee meetings (Thursdays in-office)
Candidate Profile
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Extensive senior finance leadership experience within the housing sector
* Strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk management expertise
* Proven ability to influence change and support transformation programmes
* Experience working at Board and Executive Team level
