We’re working with a Winchester-based practice seeking an Architectural Technician to join their technical team, delivering high-performance data centre projects. This is a chance to work on complex commercial projects with career progression and hybrid working.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Work on data centre and commercial projects with a focus on BIM and technical coordination
* Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams for smooth project delivery
* Assist with project management tasks and manage project teams
* Opportunities for international travel
Required Experience:
* 2+ years in relevant sectors across all project stages
* Strong design and technical skills, Revit proficiency (Revit test at interview)
* Understanding of UK, US, or EU permitting/construction processes
* Confident communicator, team player, organised, proactive
