You will take a key role in managing the commercial aspects of this high-profile, complex construction project, working alongside a Tier One contractor and multiple stakeholders.
Our client is a construction delivery partner working directly with major developers, occupiers, retailers, and logistics businesses.
They specialise in delivering projects from concept to completion, including new-builds, fit-outs, expansions, renovations, and reconfigurations, primarily in industrial, logistics, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, data centres, and ports, with occasional exposure to commercial, retail, hotel, and education projects.
