Senior Site Supervisor - Permanent
Location: Heathrow Airport
Salary: £45,000pa - £50,000pa

Key Experience: Previous warehouse and/or airport environment experience is essential
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team, supporting the delivery of large and complex projects at Heathrow. In this role, you will lead and coordinate construction teams across both baggage and non-baggage work packages, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality site operations.
You will operate within a high-performing site management structure, helping drive project milestones, deliver exceptional standards, and support the development and motivation of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective leadership, promoting an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
Ensure safe and efficient execution of works, with a strong focus on achieving zero LTIs and RIDDORs.
Mentor and support team members, helping develop skills and capability within the team.
Maintain and champion a robust safety culture on site.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and high client satisfaction.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and best practice.
Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are managed in a fast-paced environment.
Support the Construction Group Leader by contributing to team goals, promoting a growth mindset, and driving performance.
Build a cohesive and accountable team environment, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities. Skills and Experience Required:
5-10 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within complex construction environments.
Strong people leadership skills, with proven experience developing and supporting teams.
Experience managing projects across all stages of the lifecycle, from pre-construction to handover.
In-depth knowledge of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety legislation.
Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Competent IT user, including MS Office and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications:
SMSTS or equivalent
NVQ Level 5 in Strategic Management & Leadership or equivalent
NEBOSH General Certificate or higher
CSCS Black Management Card
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent What We Offer:
