We are searching for an inspirational Housing Support Worker who will work with a small cohort of individuals with varying needs such as offending history, substance misuse, mental health, and learning difficulties, all of whom have been housed in independent accommodation.
You will work alongside and coordinate with a number of partnership agencies to provide holistic support plans, and offer information, advice, and guidance to ensure individuals housed in the scheme have every opportunity to maintain their accommodation.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of accommodation provisions and associated services and/or experience working with individuals with complex lives. You will have the ability to positively empower and motivate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good problem-solving, and analytical skills. We are looking for an individual with experience working as part of a team with a holistic approach to service delivery.
An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
