Business Development Manager - Drone Solutions (UK) Up to £35k base + £25k commission

Join a UK leader in drone solutions, remote sensing, and aerial innovation - delivering enterprise-grade equipment, tailored training, and aerial services to clients across energy, defence, public safety, infrastructure, and environmental sectors.
We’re delighted to be hiring for two driven and results-oriented characters who will work closely with the UK team and collaborate with a global sales network to bring next-generation drone technology to customers nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive Growth: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share in the UK.
* Build Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships across key sectors.
* Consult & Recommend: Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored solutions.
* Close Deals: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and meet/exceed sales targets.
* Collaborate: Work with marketing to support lead generation and brand visibility.
* Influence Innovation: Share customer insights to help shape future product offerings.
* Stay Organized: Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
What We’re Looking For

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Proactive and comfortable in a hybrid/remote working environment.
* Willingness to travel across the UK. We also have offices in both the US and Canada!
* Experience preferred but not required.
