This position requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalised care and assistance in their daily activities. experience with Mental Health is important Duties * Provide home care support to clients, ensuring their comfort and safety. * Support clients with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met. * Implement behaviour management strategies as needed to promote positive interactions. * Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients. * Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in behaviour or health status. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to ensure comprehensive care. Ideally a small staff group with limited turnover.
