Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Team Administrator to work 37.5 hours within the Grantham locality mental health team. This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday, 9-5 service, supporting people with severe and enduring mental illness.
The Team Administrator will support community-based staff, processing referrals, data inputting, report writing, dealing with patient needs, and providing administrative duties, including telephone, note taking, word processing, registering referrals, petty cash management, and ordering stationery. Excellent IT skills and a good telephone manner are essential.
Main duties of the job
The postholder is responsible for the smooth and efficient running and management of the team, including processing referrals, data inputting, report writing, and providing administrative support.
* Provide a high standard of service to colleagues, resulting in safe and effective treatments for service users and their families/carers.
* Work within defined time standards.
* Comply with legislation and LPFT policies.
* Record accurate and appropriate information using the Trust's information systems.
* Meet productivity targets.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* NVQ level 2 Business and Administration or equivalent.
* GCSE in English, grades A-C or grade 9-4 or level 2 Literacy or equivalent.
* ECDL or equivalent, including basic knowledge of MS Office packages.
Experience and skills
* Relevant experience in a general administrative background.
* Understanding of the Code of Conduct in relation to Data Protection and Information Governance.
* Ability to organize and plan activities, manage own workload, and accurately input confidential data.
