As Cook Supervisor, you'll lead the kitchen team and oversee all aspects of food service and operations. From creating delicious menus to managing kitchen finances, your skills and leadership will help deliver one of the region's best school dining experiences - all while enjoying work-life balance and meaningful impact.
Supervise daily kitchen operations, food service, and hygiene standards.
Manage catering costs including food, labour, and stock.
Train, support, and inspire your kitchen team to deliver excellence.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
Maintain consistency in food quality and customer service across the board.
Familiarity with following recipes and working with fresh produce.
Previous experience in supervising or managing kitchen staff.
Strong understanding of food safety and health procedures.
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (Training on Food Hygiene, Health & Safety will be provided)
