Full-Time Support Worker (Unqualified) – Primary School | Ferndale
£89.38 per day (equivalent to £13.75 per hour)

About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in the classroom by:
* Supporting the teacher with daily learning activities
* Providing targeted help to pupils with additional needs (e.g., Autism, ADHD)
* Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
* Offering one-to-one and small group support when needed

* Are caring, patient, and great with children
* Bring transferable skills from sectors like care, youth work, hospitality, or customer service
* Want to break into education and gain experience in a school setting
What You’ll Need (Don’t worry—we’ll guide you through it!):
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Two professional references from the last 24 months
