We are recruiting for an excellent role for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our client based just outside Norwich. This is offered on a 9 month fixed term contract. You will need to have your own transport to get to the location. This is an excellent opportunity to join a very successful business in a fast moving and dynamic sector.
If you have strong attention to detail within an administration role, experience working within financial administration or supply chain environment this could be the ideal role for you. You will need to be familiar with working with different IT systems and be quite tech savvy, otherwise full training will be given.
The role will involve:
* EDI imports
* Creating picking lists
* Saving despatch notes
* Raising transport purchase orders
* Booking in transport purchase orders
* Sales, chasing depots for orders
* Raising Sales Orders
* Sales Invoicing (holiday cover)
* Checking and authorisation of import documents (holiday cover)
* Archiving
* Assisting during annual Audit
* Holiday cover for team members
* Artwork (only when needed)
* Admin & ad hoc tasks
