Your Role
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be an integral part of our Commercial team. Your contributions will help ensure the financial success of our projects. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Assisting in the commercial management of projects while honing your quantity surveying skills.
* Conducting site measurements and preparing information for payment applications.
* Reviewing sub-contractor payment applications.
* Supporting the project commercial lead with precise financial assessments and reporting.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project financial viability.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
* You hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
* You have some post-graduate experience in a Quantity Surveying role within a main or principal contractor.
* You’re familiar with NEC/JCT Contracts.
* You thrive on collaboration with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams.
* You possess a full driving license.
* You’re eager to develop your commercial management skills in a supportive environment.
