Job Description
* Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
* Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accurate records.
* Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across various platforms.
* Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team during the hiring process.
* Respond to candidate queries and provide timely updates on application statuses.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to gather role requirements and provide recruitment updates.
* Support onboarding processes for successful candidates.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during recruitment activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Co-Ordinator should have:
* Previous experience in a Human Resources or recruitment-related role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in using recruitment software and MS Office applications.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of recruitment best practices within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
