We are seeking to appoint a Curriculum Support Co-Ordinator, to support our team of Curriculum & Quality Managers and Additional Learner Support staff in driving forward continuous improvements in teaching, learning and assessment.

What I might be doing?
* Youwill support the professional development of tutors and additional learner support staff including monitoring and evaluating performance.
* You will be involved in the management of our Additional Learner Support Team to drive up standards to ensure no learner is left behind.
* You will design and develop courses across key employment sectors, responding to local and district needs and be able to model good teaching and learning practise.
* On occasion, some teaching cover may be required.
* You will act as part of the Safeguarding Team.
Requirements:
* Full level 4/5 teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE or DTLLS) or equivalent, extensive experience
* Evidence of continuous professional development related to pre/post 16 sector.
* Maths and English qualification at L2 or above
