Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager based in Chorley. The Assistant Branch Manager will support the Branch Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include supervising team members, managing stock levels, building strong customer relationships, and maintaining health and safety compliance. The role involves working collaboratively with the team to deliver operational excellence and help drive the branch’s success.

* Understanding of sales processes and business growth strategies
* Knowledge of building materials, tools, or construction-related products is highly desirable

* Proficiency in basic IT systems and the ability to adapt to digital tools
* Previous experience in a similar role within the construction, building materials, or retail sectors is a plus
