Continuous Improvement Manager - Food Manufacturing Location: East Yorkshire Salary: £55,000 Reporting to: Site Director We’re working with a well-established food manufacturing business in East Yorkshire to recruit an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager. This is a pivotal site-based role, reporting directly into the Site Director, with the opportunity to make a real impact on performance, culture, and operational excellence. The Role As Continuous Improvement Manager, you will lead and deliver the site’s CI strategy, embedding lean manufacturing principles and driving a culture of continuous improvement across all functions.
