Advice and Response Assistant Project Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well‑resourced team delivering high quality safeguarding support and solutions in a Higher Education environment. The Advice and Response Service provides holistic, trauma‑informed support to students who have experienced any form of safeguarding issue, gender‑based violence, harassment or hate. The team is made up of specialist caseworkers who provide confidential, practical, and emotional support to students.
Responsibilities:
* Support various functions across the Advice and Response team, providing information, advice and guidance to customers.
* Support the delivery of events and campaigns with a focus on safeguarding, gender‑based violence and hate.
Qualifications:
* Experience providing advice and guidance to customers, preferably within safeguarding, gender‑based violence and hate.
* Ability to communicate effectively and confidentially with students.
* Dedicational commitment to high standards of support and teamwork.
