You don't need loads of experience - just the motivation to learn, grow, and help care-experienced young people build independence and confidence as they move into adulthood. What you'll be doing
You’ll be working alongside experienced Personal Advisors to support young people aged 16-25 who are moving on from care. Day-to-day, you might:
* Help young people find education, training, work, or housing
* Support them to build life skills and confidence Be someone they can talk to and trust
* Work with other services to get the best outcomes
* Take part in training and development as part of your apprenticeship
* Bring your own ideas and passion to a team that values your voice
