Telesales & Customer Service Administrator
Are you motivated by great customer interactions? Do you thrive on building strong, lasting relationships and providing outstanding service? We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Administrator to support our busy Exeter-based client.
Role Overview
As part of a dedicated customer service and sales support team, you’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls. Your day-to-day will focus on maintaining relationships with existing customers, processing regular orders, promoting products and offers, and responding to queries in a timely, professional manner. You’ll also assist with inventory control and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure excellent service standards.

1. Previous customer service or telesales experience (phone or face-to-face)
2. A positive, engaging communication style with a proactive mindset
3. Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
5. A genuine passion for helping people and strengthening customer loyalty
