Salary: £31,650 - £43,607 (MPS) + SEN Allowance (£2,679)

The Ideal SEN Class Teacher Will:
* Be passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for children and young people with SEND
* Demonstrate commitment, enthusiasm, and a reflective approach to teaching
* Have strong communication and organisational skills
* Be able to commute to Kempston
* Create learning experiences that are fun, engaging, relevant, and functional
* Deliver personalised, sequential learning to ensure good or better progress for all pupils
