Job Description:
The role is responsible for leading stages during the offnet access delivery cycle, including identifying partners, access feasibility, delivery, account settlement, supplier management, and service experience improvement. The objective is to ensure timely and successful offnet quoting and delivery at optimal costs. This tactical role influences the operational plans based on business strategy, impacting the overall results of the business unit mid-term.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify national and regional access suppliers/partners and assess competition to deliver last mile delivery.
2. Lead discussions and initial negotiations with potential access suppliers/partners regarding contractual capabilities.
3. Maintain strong relationships with access suppliers to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
4. Explore avenues for increasing business with key vendors through new portfolios and order types.
5. Collaborate with product teams to develop new technology solutions with partners.
6. Design effective offnet access solutions considering route maps, power and path diversity, tailored to local market needs.
7. Support sales and cross-functional teams with special requests, pricing negotiations, and expedited delivery to enhance win rates on complex deals.
8. Finalize and renew vendor contracts for maintenance and installation of network components to ensure optimal operation.
9. Conduct regular reviews with key suppliers on performance, including pre-sales feasibility, cost, delivery, and post-sales support.
10. Contribute to planning for jeopardy and contingency management to meet delivery timelines.
11. Bring experience in telecommunications, especially in managing telecom partners.
