Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a capable and driven Security Regional Service Manager to oversee service operations across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced security professional who excels in leadership, technical problem-solving and customer management.
Security Service Manager – Role and Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate and support a regional team of Security Service Engineers
• Manage the delivery of service, maintenance and reactive works on IP CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems
• Conduct site audits, ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain exceptional service quality
• Act as the primary escalation point for technical, operational and customer issues
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service levels and satisfaction
• Oversee engineer scheduling, workload planning and resource allocation
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, supporting their development
• Identify commercial opportunities, including upgrades, lifecycle replacements and corrective works
• Regularly report KPIs, performance insights and operational updates to senior management
• Ensure health & safety compliance across all regional activities
Security Service Manager – Skills and Experience Required
• Strong background in the Security Industry, ideally from a service or engineering environment
• Previous experience managing or leading a field-based engineering team
• Technical understanding of IP CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems is essential
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
• Confident decision-maker with the ability to handle escalations effectively
• Full UK driving licence (Essential)
• Experience with major security system manufacturers
• Positive, proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
