We are seeking a dedicated Windows Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess or be willing to obtain SC Clearance, hold a UK passport, and be a British Citizen. This role involves supporting our migration and refresh projects, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Responsibilities
1. Set up migration processes and refresh clinics.
2. Move the required quantity of devices from the onsite storage location to the refresh clinic location as per instructions.
3. Log in to any system as required using devices provided by the contractor’s engineer and Site Manager.
4. Refresh laptops and ensure they are updated correctly.
5. Accurately update the contractor’s workflow management system at all relevant steps.
6. Seek guidance from the Post Migration Technical Support Specialist and Site Manager as needed.
7. Proven experience in administration, Microsoft environments, hardware management, deployment, and migration processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience with migration setups and refresh clinics is advantageous.
