Are you an experienced CRM professional ready to take on a dynamic role in a thriving marketing team? OneFamily has recently implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and we're looking for a talented CRM Manager to help us elevate our customer engagement strategies.
Purpose of the Role
We’ve recently implemented the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, and now need an experienced CRM manager to join the marketing team to develop campaigns that enhance customer lifetime value (LTV) through upsell, cross-sell, and retention initiatives.
This is a hands-on role involving creating audience selections, developing automation and next action rules, building emails, implementing tracking requirements, and setting up bespoke and regular reports. You’ll be supported by the wider marketing team for content and email design, and by our digital team for developing landing pages and tracking.
You will also support broader acquisition activities, working with the performance lead and sales team to develop nurture journeys that increase conversion rates from prospect data.
You’ll oversee the evolution of the CRM system to maximize its effectiveness, working with various teams to ensure data integrity, system upgrades, and feature development. You will troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions, ensuring robust processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management:
* Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining customer and prospect data.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity, rectifying discrepancies.
* Identify key data points to create impactful campaigns and generate meaningful MI for decision-making.
1. Campaign Development and Execution:
* Execute marketing campaigns across channels using CRM tools.
* Monitor performance, report results, and recommend improvements.
* Segment customer data to target audiences effectively and create personalized experiences.
2. Reporting & Analytics:
* Generate reports to track interactions, sales, and benefits.
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement.
3. CRM System Maintenance:
* Manage system updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation.
4. Collaboration:
* Work with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align strategies.
* Support customer retention, loyalty, and regulatory communications.
Skills & Experience:
* Technical Skills: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot), understanding of integrations, data management, and customer segmentation. Proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills, ability to collaborate, and support content creation.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights. Attention to detail and business understanding.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, meet deadlines, and work proactively to drive growth.
