Senior Creator Partnerships Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
We Create Popular (WCP) is one of the fastest-growing social entertainment and creator ventures businesses in the UK. We work with some of the biggest creators in the country - including The SpudBros, Yorkshire Peach, The Singing Dentist, The Nursery Nurse, Phil Carr, JJ’s Ices, Josh from England, Alex Dodman and more - building their media brands, launching businesses and (here's where you come in) connecting them with brands in high-impact, win-win partnerships.
We’re looking for a Senior Creator Partnerships Manager - a commercial powerhouse who thrives on deal-making, pitching big ideas, and turning them into reality. You’ll be a key driver in securing 5- and 6-figure deals for our creators, leveraging your network, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills to build impactful partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Pitching & Selling Big Ideas: Develop compelling partnership proposals, build best-in-class decks, and proactively pitch ideas for our creators to brands and agencies.
* Deal-Making: Secure, negotiate, and execute partnerships across various deal types, from one-off activations to long-term ambassadorships, content production collaborations, and retail co-branding opportunities.
* Commercial Strategy & Execution: Identify high-value brand opportunities, craft irresistible proposals, and close high-revenue deals.
* Talent Development & Representation: Work closely with creators to unlock new commercial opportunities that align with their personal brand and audience.
* Fast-Paced Execution: Respond to inbound briefs, develop quick-turnaround quotes, and close deals efficiently.
* Industry Networking & Relationship Building: Leverage your industry connections to bring in new opportunities and stay ahead of trends in the creator economy.
What We’re Looking For:
* A deal-making machine with a proven track record of closing 5- and 6-figure brand partnerships for creators or talent.
* A master storyteller who can craft pitch decks that sell ideas with impact.
* A proactive go-getter with strong brand and agency connections - someone who can generate opportunities, not just respond to them.
* A negotiator at heart, comfortable with everything from one-off activations to complex, multi-channel long-term partnerships.
* Experience working across both the UK and US markets (preferred but not essential).
* Someone who loves working with talent and understands how to position creators to brands in a way that drives real commercial success.
