We’re expanding our national partnerships team and looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Manager to help us inspire teachers and leaders across the country to join our programmes. As our Interim Marketing Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving national recruitment across all our programmes. You will:
6. Lead the delivery of inspiring, effective recruitment marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels
7. Work closely with our external digital agency to deliver high-performing digital activity
8. Create marketing toolkits that empower regional staff and school partners
9. Collaborate with programme teams to highlight programme USPs and ensure campaigns reflect real participant experiences.
10. Champion and maintain brand voice, tone, and visual identity
11. Support and coordinate events that drive programme recruitment
12. Work alongside ourmunications, PR & Policy, and Events teams to deliver a unified brand experience.
13. Manage the marketing budget to ensure value for money and demonstrable impact

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: -
15. Experience delivering national recruitment campaigns
16. Strong digital marketing capability, including social media, PPC, Google Ads
17. Confidence in analysing data and using insights to optimise campaigns
18. Experience with CRM and marketing automation
19. Excellentmunication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
20. Ability to balancepeting priorities and work cross‑functionally
21. Deep understanding of the education sector
22. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
23. Experience in start-up or process‑building environments
24. Experience working remotely across distributed teams
25. B2B and B2C marketing experience
