Riverside Motor Group continues to grow, so do our opportunities. We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Vehicle Sales Administrator / Team Leader to join our team at Doncaster, supporting both day-to-day site operations and wider group administration functions.

The Role
As a Vehicle Sales Administrator / Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our sales administration function. Alongside your responsibilities as a Sales Administrator, you will provide leadership and coordination across the wider sales admin team.
* Completing all sales administration tasks to a high standard, including submissions, credits, vehicle tax, contributions, and associated paperwork
* Monitoring team performance and ensuring KPIs are met
* Managing sales admin cover and holiday scheduling across the Group
* Contributing to process improvements and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and Company standards
* Supporting colleagues and providing guidance on complex queries and problem solving
* Liaising with customers, third-party suppliers, and internal departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy
* Ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator (motor trade experience is ESSENTIAL)
* Experience using dealership management systems such as Pinnacle
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
* Confidence in monitoring performance and supporting colleagues
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to high standards
* Flexibility to travel occasionally to support other sites within the Group
