As Assistant Bar Manager you'll support the Bar Manager in leading the day-to-day operation of the bar, ensuring exceptional standards of service, quality and presentation are delivered at all times. You will play a key role in creating a positive, motivated team environment, while ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.
What you will be doing:
Support the smooth and efficient running of the bar, ensuring consistently high standards of service
Lead by example on the floor, delivering a warm, engaging and professional guest experience
Support, coach and motivate the team to drive performance and guest satisfaction
Assist with stock control, ordering and rota planning to support business needs
Handle guest feedback with confidence, ensuring issues are resolved effectively
What you will bring:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a high-quality bar environment
Strong cocktail knowledge and a passion for drinks and hospitality
A confident and engaging leadership style, with the ability to motivate a team
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
