We're looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Venue Manager to lead a busy, customer-focused site and drive operational and commercial success.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including customer service and kitchen teams.
* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
* Drive performance and implement strategies to grow the business.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
* Maintain positive relationships with customers, staff, and community partners.
* Report on key performance metrics and financial results.
You’ll be an experienced manager with a hands‑on approach and strong leadership skills.
Essential Skills And Experience
* Previous management experience in hospitality, leisure, or F&B.
* A sales‑minded, proactive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work weekends.
* Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
