We're Hiring: Registered Nurse – Learning Disability (RNLD) Location: NorthField Birmingham Hourly pay: £28 to 32 pounds oer hour Contract Type: Ahoc shifts Shift times days: 09:00 to 16:30 About the Role: As a Registered Nurse – Learning Disability, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, personalised care to individuals with learning disabilities. You'll work alongside a team of professionals to support patients in achieving their goals and leading fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include: * Gastro and nasal feeds * Epilepsy and medication * Providing specialist nursing care tailored to the needs of individuals with learning disabilities * Supporting service users with complex needs in both community and inpatient settings * Creating and implementing personalised care plans * Promoting independence and advocacy for those in your care * Collaborating with families, carers, and a wider multidisciplinary team What We're Looking For: * A valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse Learning Disability (RNLD) * Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills * A genuine passion for supporting people with learning disabilities
