Estates Officer (Fire Safety)£38,000 - £47,000 + Training + Flexible Hours + Excellent Pension + 33 Days holidayCommutable from Bristol, Filton, Yate, Weston-Super-Mare, Chepstow, Newport, Bath, Portishead, Nailsea, Clevedon.Are you an Estates Officer or Facilities Management professional with a strong understanding of fire safety, looking to work for a national institution where you will play a key role in the ongoing improvement of the estates and be allowed to develop your skillset through fully funded training opportunities? * Organise PPMs's and support the company improvement programme.
* Ensure the business adheres to all fire safety policies, procedures and compliance.
* Conduct practical exercises, drills and training to key members of staff across the business.
* Ongoing training and development opportunities (Courses, Degree's etc.)

* Strong understanding of Fire, Health & Safety compliance.
