Money Advice Caseworker
We know that helping people with great data drives great decision making and service delivery. We have an exciting opportunity to join our highly motivated and experienced team as a Money Advice Caseworker.
Working in our Money Advice Team, your role will be to support and advise customers struggling with their finances, enabling them to budget more effectively by identifying income maximisation and expenditure reduction opportunities, and prioritising their creditors.

You will have:
* Minimum of 4 passes at GCSE Grade A*-C (4-9), including English and Mathematics (or equivalent), or demonstrate an equivalent level of literacy and numeracy.
* Experience of using information systems to proactively deliver excellent money advice services.
* Ability to manage a portfolio of client referrals.
* Capability to provide high-quality advice and intervention to tenants, leaseholders, and the public to help them manage debt effectively and make priority payments.
* A customer-focused attitude, with a passion for improving customers' financial situations.
* The ability to develop strong, effective working relationships.
* Effective communication skills at different levels, capable of conveying complex data in an understandable way.
* Experience working in social housing or the wider public sector is desirable.
