Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 7 General Radiographer to join our client’s team in Stoke-on-Trent. This role involves providing high-quality imaging services, ensuring accurate diagnostics, and supporting patient care and treatment plans. Passion for patient care and a strong radiography background are essential.
Responsibilities
* Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to interpret imaging results
* Maintain imaging equipment and ensure safety standards compliance
* Support and guide junior radiographers and students
* Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and addressing concerns
Qualifications and Experience
* Degree in Radiography or equivalent
* HCPC registration
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in general radiography
* Proficiency with advanced imaging equipment
* Knowledge of radiation safety protocols
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Commitment to professional development
