Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a professional and customer-focused Front of House Receptionist to join a growing organisation based in Leeds (LS15). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys creating a positive first impression, thrives in a busy environment, and is looking to develop their career within a supportive and friendly team.


The ideal candidate will be available to start work ASAP - ideally immediately.


About the Role


As the first point of contact for visitors and staff, you will play a key role in ensuring that the reception area runs smoothly and professionally.


The ideal candidate will come from a customer service or hospitality background, strong communication skills are a must.

* Welcome visitors and clients with a warm, professional approach.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared before use.
* Provide information and assistance to guests and staff as needed.
* Support with event setup, hospitality and general customer service tasks.
* Keep reception, meeting rooms and communal areas clean, tidy and well-presented.
* Monitor stock levels of refreshments, stationery and general office items.
* Ensure kitchen areas, breakout spaces and bathrooms remain tidy and restocked throughout the day.
* Report any maintenance issues or repairs to the appropriate team.
* Complete basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and updating records.
* Assist with organising courier collections, deliveries and post.


About You

* Experience in a customer-facing role such as reception, hospitality or retail.
* Professional, well-presented and confident communicating with all levels.
* Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to support the team and take initiative.
* Highly motivated and eager to learn.
* Reliable, hardworking and committed to providing outstanding service.
