Business Analyst
* Remote but must be UK based
* 6-month contract
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in compliance, regulation, and data governance.
You’ll play a key role in enabling and supporting project delivery through the capture, analysis, and translation of business, regulatory, and user needs and ensure that project outcomes align with objectives and regulatory vision.
Key Responsibilities
* Requirements Analysis & Delivery: Capture, analyse, and validate business, regulatory, and user requirements to support successful project delivery.
* Process Mapping: Create and maintain detailed process maps to ensure clarity, traceability, and efficiency in project delivery.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Enterprise Architects, Systems Analysts, and Technical Leads to ensure business needs are effectively translated into technical solutions.
* Business Change: Partner with Business Change Managers and improvement teams to identify and implement BAU enhancements, ensuring project outputs deliver measurable benefits.
* Data Governance: Support the implementation and maintenance of robust data governance frameworks to ensure compliance and regulatory alignment.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst within regulatory or compliance-driven experience
* Strong understanding of data governance principles and related frameworks.
* Demonstrable experience in business process modelling, mapping, and improvement.
* Skilled in requirements management and analysis using relevant tools
* Understanding of impact analysis and the ability to assess and estimate change implications within complex environments.
Desirable
* Experience with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, FCA, PRA, or other compliance standards.
