Senior Quantity Surveyor – Special Works Division - Main Contractor Location: Central London Salary: £85,000 – £95,000 + Benefits Reporting to: Commercial Director About the Division The Special Works division is dedicated to delivering exceptional construction solutions for clients who value precision and outstanding customer service. They specialise in refurbishment and fit-out projects, typically ranging from £10k to £4m, with the flexibility to take on selected larger schemes. The Role This is a hands-on, cradle-to-grave commercial role where you will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle—from work-winning and bid preparation through to delivery and final account.
