We are seeking a Team Assistant who is immediately available to join a boutique finance firm based in the heart of the West End. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced environment with exposure across multiple areas of the business.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the wider team whilst also being fully client facing. * Meeting room preparation
* Meeting and greeting guests
* Managing the reception desk
* Ordering office supplies

* Assisting with expenses and accounts

Skills Required
* Previous administration or office support experience
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* High attention to detail
