Job Title: Systems Engineer Capability Development

Salary: £47,683 dependent upon skills and experience.
Responsibilities
* Enhance and increase engineering capability by evaluating and implementing new tools and processes for future success.
* Explore innovative ways of working and think outside the box to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
* Embrace and integrate new tools and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
* Play a pivotal role in transforming how products are engineered, contributing to long-term improvements.
* Create technical documentation in line with Departmental Quality Management Procedures.
* Provide technical support during development, ensuring clear understanding of product risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
Qualifications
* Essential: Degree in a STEM discipline or HND/HNC with sound experience of the Engineering Lifecycle; good knowledge and experience using a wide range of engineering capability; 5 years experience in an engineering integration environment.
* Desirable: Good knowledge and experience using a wide range of engineering toolsets. Experience fulfilling stretching customer requirements to tight timescales and budgets.
