This Role Is Best Suited For Individuals Who Can
* Work with pupils individually or in small groups
* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
* Manage challenging behaviors
* Prepare resources and equipment for lessons
* Assist with pupils' care needs (e.g., feeding, toileting)
* Support pupils in daily tasks and learning activities
* Ensure pupils' safeguarding and support needs are met
Minimum Requirements
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
* Experience working with children or young people with additional needs
* Two recent professional references
* Experience managing challenging behaviors
* Calm, caring, and resilient personality
* Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
* Team Teach training or willingness to attend
