We’re currently recruiting full-time and part-time Care Assistants to join our dedicated team supporting service users across Hertfordshire.

1. Bushey, Shenley, Radlett, London Colney, Welham Green

2. Weekdays (Mon–Fri): £14.20 per hour
3. Weekends (Sat–Sun): £16.00 per hour
4. Mileage allowance: ÂŁ0.30p per mile

We run 7 days a week, offering flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle:
5. Day Shifts: 07:00 AM – 3:00 PM
6. Evening Shifts: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Job Description
🌟 Your Role as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide person-centred support to help people live independently and enjoy fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
7. Supporting daily living activities & promoting independence
8. Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
9. Supporting with mobility, transfers & aids
10. Providing medication support as per care plans
11. Preparing meals, drinks & monitoring nutrition
12. Helping with household tasks (cleaning, laundry, shopping, errands)
13. Offering companionship, reassurance & emotional support
14. Encouraging hobbies, interests & community activities
15. Keeping accurate records & communicating with families/professionals
