We are a well-established swimming pool and landscaping company in Jersey, looking for an experienced foreman to manage projects, lead a small team, and work independently on residential swimming pool and landscaping jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee swimming pool and landscaping projects
• Supervise and guide team members on site
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and schedules
• Maintain high health, safety, and quality standards
• Perform hands-on work as required
Requirements:
• Experience in swimming pool construction/landscaping
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Physically fit and comfortable outdoors
• Full driving licence essential
