The Enterprise Sales Associate is part of the global Digital GTM organization, working alongside Account Executives (AEs) to drive new sales revenue. The role involves two key functions: 1) driving business in existing, under-penetrated, and suspect enterprise accounts; 2) sourcing new opportunities through prospecting efforts. Responsibilities include building quotes and proposals, creating strategic account plans, conducting business reviews, and collaborating with the broader account team including Solutions Consultants, Renewal Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Development.
This role involves both selling and sourcing deals to generate new business and develop future sales talent through a structured development and promotional path.
Daily activities include:
* Learning from experienced sales professionals and supporting large enterprise accounts through every stage of the sales process
* Building relationships with key decision makers and understanding the sales process
* Prospecting to penetrate under-penetrated accounts and cross-sell new applications
* Providing on-demand sales support to customers
* Supporting Customer Success Managers and Renewal Reps to ensure customer retention and health
* Advising customers on their digital transformation strategies
* Identifying the right support resources for deals
* Managing sales processes, closing opportunities, and managing accounts for customer satisfaction and additional revenue
* Continuing personal development through training, coaching, and feedback
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should:
* Have experience establishing trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
* Have completed full-cycle sales deals for 1-2+ years
* Be coachable and focused on personal growth
* Understand the broader business context beyond isolated issues
* Be driven and able to apply complex knowledge effectively
