About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Cook/Chef to join our catering team at Brunswick Camp. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your culinary career in a busy, structured environment.
Working with a supportive team, you’ll play a key role in delivering nutritious, high-quality meals that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
2. Support day-to-day kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment
3. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
4. Follow recipes, portion control, and service specifications
5. Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a smooth service
6. Represent ESS with a positive and professional approach
