People Operations Administrator

Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a passion for people and process? We’re looking for a People Operations Administrator to join our supportive and collaborative People Team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build or grow their career in HR and people operations.
About the role
As a People Operations Administrator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle — from onboarding to payroll and everything in between. You’ll be a go-to person for day-to-day HR queries and the engine behind many of our core people processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver high-quality admin support across onboarding, engagement, performance management, and offboarding.
Coordinate inductions and manage compliance training for all new joiners.
Support recruitment activity through our Applicant Tracking System – from interview scheduling to candidate communication.
Maintain accurate employee records and support workflow management through our People Operations system.
Prepare reports, collate data, and support monthly payroll and benefits processes.
Raise purchase orders and help process invoices using our ERP system.
Ensure a positive, consistent, and confidential service across all people-related touchpoints.
Who We’re Looking For
Experienced administrator, ideally within an HR or People Operations environment.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator who’s approachable, discreet, and professional.
A collaborative team player who enjoys helping others and improving processes.
